Friday 15th September is the start of the new Theater Season at Theater Vrijburcht with at 9 PM the beautiful movie ‘Lion’. 
The unbelievable but true story about Saroo, a 5-year old Indian boy who accidentally gets separated from his family. He survices many challenges and eventually gets adopted by an Australian couple. 25 years later he decides to search for his lost family.

On saturday 16th September there’s an interactive presentation by Rom Smorenberg at 8.30 PM, he’s one of the Artist in Residence theatre makers.

Sunday afternoon is for the kids with at 2 PM the hilarious family movie ‘Solan en Ludwig, De Grote Kaasrace’ (AL). Later that day there’s a beautiful concert by two musicians from IJburg at 5 PM. Efraim Wackerbath (drums) & Laura Both (vocals). A fusion between classic and jazz of an exceptional level.

During the summer break the theatre remains available for rent!
